By using this product (referred to hereinafter as "The Selfbot" or "Okuru"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms of Service, you must immediately cease usage of The Selfbot.

1. Introduction

This product, referred to as "The Selfbot" or "Okuru," is a Discord selfbot provided for educational and personal use. The Selfbot is intended to allow users to explore and experiment with Discord automation in a responsible and legal manner. By utilizing The Selfbot, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with the Terms of Service outlined herein.

2. Purpose and Educational Use

The Selfbot is made available strictly for educational purposes. It is intended solely for users who wish to learn more about Discord bots, automation, and related technologies. The Selfbot should not be used for any commercial purposes or to perform any activities that are not in line with its educational nature. Any use outside the specified purpose is strictly prohibited.

3. Prohibited Activities

By accessing and using The Selfbot, you agree not to engage in the following activities:

  • Cracking, Hacking, or Modifying: You may not reverse engineer, tamper with, crack, or modify the source code of The Selfbot. Any attempts to bypass security mechanisms or alter its functionality in any unauthorized manner are strictly prohibited.
  • Spamming, Harassment, or Abuse: You are prohibited from using The Selfbot to spam, harass, or engage in any form of abusive behavior within Discord or on any other platform.
  • Violation of Discord’s Terms of Service: You agree to comply with all of Discord’s Terms of Service and policies while using The Selfbot. Any violation of Discord’s rules or regulations that results from your use of The Selfbot may result in penalties or bans from Discord, for which the developer(s) of The Selfbot bear no responsibility.
  • Malicious Use: The Selfbot may not be used for malicious purposes, including but not limited to phishing, distributing malware, or attempting unauthorized access to accounts or servers.
  • Engaging in any activity that may harm the reputation of The Selfbot or its developers.

4. No Liability

The developers of The Selfbot shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use The Selfbot. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Usage is at Your Own Risk: The Selfbot is provided “as is,” you use it entirely at your own risk. The developer(s) of The Selfbot are not responsible for consequential damages that may arise from its use or inability to use The Selfbot.
  • No Warranty: The Selfbot is provided without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The developer(s) make no guarantees regarding the Selfbot’s functionality, security, or compatibility with any systems.
  • No Liability for Damages: The developer(s) shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of data, suspension or termination of Discord accounts, or any other consequences arising from your use of The Selfbot. The developer(s) disclaim any liability for damages to your system, hardware, or data.

5. Refunds and License Reversion

The developer(s) of The Selfbot may, at their sole discretion, provide refunds for purchases made for The Selfbot. However, such refunds will be given at the expense of the developer(s) and are not guaranteed.

  • License Reversion: The developer(s) reserve the right to revoke or revert your license to use The Selfbot at any time, for any reason, with or without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to, instances of misuse or violations of these Terms of Service.

6. Modification of Terms

The developer(s) of The Selfbot reserve the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting, and it is your responsibility to review the Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of The Selfbot after any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Termination

The developer(s) of The Selfbot may, at their sole discretion, suspend or terminate access to The Selfbot at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. Violations of these Terms of Service or any illegal activity related to the use of The Selfbot may result in immediate termination of access.

8. User Responsibilities

By using The Selfbot you agree to:

  • Use of The Selfbot solely for personal and educational purposes in a manner that does not violate these Terms of Service or any applicable law.
  • Being solely responsible for any actions performed using The Selfbot, including any violations of Discord’s Terms of Service.
  • Take appropriate precautions to protect your Discord account and any personal data. The developer(s) of The Selfbot are not responsible for any security breaches or unauthorized access to your account or data.

9. No Warranty

The Selfbot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The developer(s) make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of The Selfbot, its functionality, or its suitability for your purposes. You assume all risk for any loss or damage that may occur due to the use or misuse of The Selfbot.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer(s), affiliates, and any third parties involved with The Selfbot from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) that may arise from your use of The Selfbot, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms of Service or your infringement of the rights of third parties.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer(s) of The Selfbot operate, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding under these Terms of Service shall be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
